Our Herbal Ingredients
In our formulas we use a great variety of ingredients, from different geographical regions. Tibet once was on the silk route, where many different plant species were traded. Later on, when the British occupied India for centuries they brought, cultivated and diffused different herbs and spices from all over the world.
When recreating classical formulas, we avoid using endangered plants, and we opt to use alternative ones with similar properties, according to the principle of ‘botanical plasticity’.
No animal products are used. The herbs, free from pesticides and heavy metals, are safe for human consumption. The herbs we use are grown in an eco-sustainable manner. We strive to respect nature and tradition.
